14-Day Returns Policy

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

To request a return, email electrifiedgardenshopify@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.

Item Condition

You may inspect your items as you would in a shop. We may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the items’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please package returns securely and use the original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

For cancellation of an entire order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Personalised Items and Sale Items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Standard handmade products are not excluded simply because they are handmade.

Sale items have the same applicable statutory return rights as full-priced items.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please contact electrifiedgardenshopify@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase. Orders placed while our previous 30-day return policy applied remain covered by that policy.
